Is there a security deposit?
Some plans may include a refundable deposit depending on the unit and plan selected. Our team will confirm the exact amount, if any, during your site visit.
How soon can I get a purifier installed?
After you book a demo, we typically schedule a site visit within 24–48 hours. Installation is usually completed the same day as the visit, once the plan is confirmed.
What TDS level is considered safe for drinking water?
Drinking water with a TDS level roughly between 50–150 ppm is generally considered good. Our technicians test your source water and set up the purifier to bring output TDS into a safe range.
How often is maintenance done?
This depends on your plan — Basic includes a quarterly visit, Standard every two months, and Premium a monthly visit. We also respond to on-demand service requests between scheduled visits.
What happens if my purifier breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp us and we'll schedule a technician visit. Repairs and parts covered under your plan or AMC are handled at no extra cost; anything outside the plan scope is quoted transparently first.
